Catherine A. Shuler (a.k.a. rhetoricat) is a PhD candidate in Rhetoric and Composition at Purdue University, where she also taught professional writing. She is currently working on her dissertation, which deals with blogging and PTSD. Other research interests include: feminist theory, new media, digital writing, and technical writing.
